Alana De La Garza has established herself as a household name in the world of television. De La Garza, a Mexican American father and an Irish American mother, were both born in Columbus Ohio on June 26 the 26th of June, 1976. Soon enough she was relocating to Texas where she began pursuing her career in physical therapy within the University of Texas. De La Garza did not remain in Texas for very long, and she soon made the move in Orlando Florida, where she took on a number of acting roles, including independent local films and commercials. Despite the small parts she was soon able to discover her love in acting. After moving into New York and in 2001 she scored her first stage role in the daytime soap show All My Children as Rosa Santos. Through the early part of 2000, she acted small roles in JAG Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men. The role she landed was in the year 2004 on the short comedy The Mountain. De La Garza played Maria Serrano and was paired with the most renowned TV actors, including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggi, and Mitch Pilegge. The role she played was A.D.A. in Law & Order the show, and she had the best performance that of 2005. Connie Rubirosa. She was featured in 85 episodes. Then she joined the brief-lived spinoff Law & Order: LA. De La Garza was nominated for numerous Awards, including the Best Supporting Actress for TV from the Imagen Foundation Awards as well as several ALMA Award nominations. In 2008 she took home one of the Impact Award for Outstanding Performance in a Dramatic Television Series from the National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza was then assigned as a regular role in CSI Miami. She played Marisol Deko who was the spouse of David Caruso's character Horatio Caine. The most recent television appearance was on NBC's somewhat dark thriller Do No Harm as Dr. Lena Solis. The series was cancelled after two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her parents are an Italian father and sister Cory which is a year younger than her. She was raised by an orthodox and religious family. Milano was first introduced to acting when she was seven years old. The babysitter took her on stage for auditions. Her audition was part of more than 1,000 hopefuls. Milano was chosen to be one of the four girls. Milano performed in television advertisements and off-Broadway shows including the very first American musical version to Jane Eyre.
